Description

We are currently seeking a Temporary, Part-Time Contact Center Representative with high-volume call center experience, for our Animal Medical Center of Mid-America (AMCMA) St. Louis City Location. Contact Center Representatives are expected to be able to direct questions to our medical team (assistants, licensed techs, or veterinarians), as needed, and answer questions for clients regarding services and products within the hospital.

Previous call center and animal health knowledge preferred. This role would help take calls from roughly 8am - 2pm Monday - Friday. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and electronic communications
  • Maintaining accurate records in AMCMA databases
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Cashier duties
  • Maintaining client and patient confidentiality of information.
This person must be extraordinary at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships and maintaining a positive and professional public image at all times. Must also have excellent customer service, communication, teamwork and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment. 

Starting wage is $14/hour.
