We are currently seeking a Contact Center Representative with high volume call center experience, for our Animal Medical Center of Mid-America (AMCMA) St. Louis City Location. Contact Center Representatives are expected to be able to direct questions to our medical team (assistants, licensed techs, or veterinarians), as needed, and answer questions for clients regarding services and products within the hospital.
Previous call center and animal health knowledge preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and electronic communications
- Maintaining accurate records in AMCMA databases
- Scheduling appointments
- Cashier duties
- Maintaining client and patient confidentiality of information.
Starting wage is $14/hour.
